The resource we are using is called Engaging Conflict Redemptively (ECR) and comes from Jim Van Yperen who is a proven church leader that specializes in reconciliation. His ministry is called Restoring the Church.

Many denominations and churches use his materials. And I have found them most helpful for laying a foundation and putting biblical conflict tools into the hands of congregants. The first video below gives you a brief introduction to our study:

Please take the time to watch this and be in prayer as we start our churchwide training on Sunday May 18th from 4 – 5:30PM. This study will be held every Sunday from 4 – 5:30 (excepting a holiday weekend or two) and it will take us through the whole summer.
